Domestic Returns

We offer free returns for all US shipments. Product must be in new and unused condition.

We accept returns for up to 30 days from the day the order was shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days from the time we received your return to process the refund. And allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to refund your account.

Credit will be refunded back to your account in the same form which it was received.

Return Process

To return an item please follow these instructions:

1.- Go to the Returns Page of Florez.

2.- Add your Order ID/Number in the field.

3.- Add the email you used to make your order.

4.- Click "Find your order".

5.- Review and Return.

International Returns

Florez does not support pre-paid international return labels at this time. All international sales are final. Please write to contact@florezofficial.com if you need further assistance.

Exchanges

  • Florez does not accept exchanges.
  • Customers will follow return process (stated above) for their unwanted product and will need to place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged Items

We stand behind the products we create. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, we apologise, please contact us so we can make it right at contact@florezofficial.com and provide your order number with photos of the suspected issue.
