Returns & Exchanges
Domestic Returns
We offer free returns for all U.S. shipments. Products must be in new and unused condition, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipment date. Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return to process the refund, and up to 10 business days for your financial institution to credit the amount back to your account.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@meschofficial.com before sending your item back. We will provide the return address and further instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
International Returns
MESCH does not provide pre-paid return labels for international orders. All international sales are final. If you need further assistance, please contact us at sales@meschofficial.com.
Exchanges
MESCH does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@meschofficial.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and provide a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@meschofficial.com.
